We are excited to announce the first release on our imprint from new member of the label roster, Treega.

Heavy on the breaks and with the roughest of basslines, his style is instantly recognizable, yet delivering with emotional sensibility and club effectiveness. This body of work is comprised of three original tracks, with the addition of a remix from Reveries founder Noroi.

‘We Da Dogs’ gets straight to the point, with heavy distorted breaks moving on a half-tempo groove and a bass so hard it’s guaranteed to make your face melt and the club moving. Title track ‘Trasher’ takes a more deconstructed approach to Treega’s breakbeat-laden approach to uk club music, with off-kilter grooves and dreamy yet crunchy textures, though never losing its grip on the dancefloor. ‘Uoppa Dive’ goes deeper and moves towards an aesthetic approach that recalls raw house to mind, still maintaining his personal breakbeat/uk grime sound. A remix from Noroi rounds off the release, taking the title-track into grime/techno deconstruction territory going for an old school HD Night Slugs kind of vibe.

All killers, no fillers, from what we believe being one of the best kept secrets in Italy, a musician that has been honing his sound for over 10 years, Treega is definitely one of the most promising contemporary club producers to keep an eye on.
